This is an onsite job at our Hilton Reservation Call Center in Carrollton, TX. Training starts around April 17 and another class in May. The project is good till end of September with possibility of going Permanent.

This seasonal position is responsible for acting as the last point of recovery for guests who have had an unpleasant experience at one of the hotels within the Hilton Family of brands. Specialists are responsible for working with unsatisfied guests, creating a caring image of Hilton Hotels Corporation that will potentially restore guests’ faith in our brands.  Specialists are also responsible for working with hotel managers/owners in a partnership to increase overall guest loyalty to the Hilton Family of brands in the US and Internationally.  This position will support the Advance Purchase Coordinators.

Qualifications:

-High School Diploma
-1 years experience in a customer service environment (preferably in a call center environment)
-1 year working experience with MS Office Suite

-Some college
-Type 35 WPM
-2 years experience in a call center.
